ORTOFON
Ortofon Concorde Digital Mk2 Cartridge
The Ortofon Concorde DIGITAL Mk2 has been specially engineered to make the most of timecode vinyl playback for DVS systems. Similarly, the Concorde DIGITAL provides optimal output voltage and sound quality for use with conventional vinyl too.
This optimised 10 mV output voltage maximises the signal-to-noise ratio of the audio being fed to the software, which results in better transfer of the timecode signal. Furthermore, a decrease in the reproduction of frequencies where vinyl wear & crackle occur helps to minimise errors in the transfer of the timecode signal and helps your vinyl records last longer.
Whats new with the Mk2?
The new Ortofon Concorde Mk2 range features some great new improvements :
- Totally redesigned from the ground up
- New locking mechanism for stylus
- Replaceable,Colour coded finger lift
- New stylus tip : Larger and more robust, easier to grip:
The new shape of the stylus allows you to accurately drop the needle on any part of a record. The point of contact between the needle and record is very clear from any angel. The body is wider and provides easier grip and handling.
