The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to these Terms.

We may contact you by email to invite you to review products or services you have purchased from us in order to collect feedback and improve our services. For this purpose, we may share your name, email address and order reference with Trustpilot A/S, unless you have opted out of such communications.

If you choose to use a finance option to complete a purchase, your information will be shared with the relevant finance provider, such as Novuna Personal Finance or Clearpay, depending on your selection.

8. Orders and Contracts

A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order and dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues or suspected misuse.
9. Consumer Rights and Cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 – as amended)
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer purchasing goods online or at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (for example, by email or post). Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
9.1 Changed Your Mind? (Our Extended Returns Policy)
If you purchased your item online, we offer a voluntary 30-day returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund if you have changed your mind, even if the packaging has been opened, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, including software
- Free from personal data
- Not registered with the manufacturer, this includes any bundled software
If the item has been used, it may only be returned if it is faulty or not as described.
In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the item and confirm its condition or any reported fault before agreeing a refund or replacement.
This extended returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9.2 In-Store Purchases
The cancellation and returns rights set out in Sections 9 and 9.1 apply only to purchases made online or at a distance.
For items purchased in store, different rules apply.
If you have changed your mind about an in-store purchase, we may offer a refund or exchange provided that:
- The item is returned within 7 days of the date of purchase
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
If these conditions are not met, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for in-store purchases.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights. If an item purchased in store is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of whether the item has been opened or used.
We reserve the right to inspect and confirm any reported fault before agreeing a refund, repair or replacement.
10. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If goods are faulty, misdescribed or not as expected, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
11. Delivery and Risk
Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise stated.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to this, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
