Our website is currently expanding at such a rate that we may not always have all the items on line in our store. If you are planning to make a special journey to us, please call to make sure we have what you want.

On every product you'll see whether the item is in stock or what the estimated delivery time is, these times are based on there being no problems with your order.

Most orders placed before 4pm will be with you the next working day.

If an item shows 'Pre-Order' this means it is not currently available and you are ordering from our next delivery, where possible we will include an estimate date for delivery to us.

When you pre-order an item you are charged straight away in order to allocate the stock to you. If the item is delayed, takes longer to come in than you hope or you change your mind before it is despatched, you can cancel for a full refund or change to another product.

Once the item becomes available, we will contact you to confirm delivery. If you place an order with items that are in stock and pre-order, the whole order will be held until all items are in stock, however you can contact us and we will split the shipment if needed.

Yes! Our systems dispose of your card details once we have processed your order.

We also use a secure server when you give your card details to us online, you will notice a padlock in the corner of your browser window as well as the address in the address bar changing to begin with 'https://...'

If at any point you are unsure about ordering online or if you encounter a problem, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to take your details over the phone and answer any questions you may have.

Our system sends a generated email to confirm your order has been placed, every time. We will also email you when the status of your order changes.

If you cannot see an email from us, check your junk mail box and set any junk mail filters to accept mail from ''.

If you definitely don't have a confirmation email from us, or you haven't received a confirmation of despatch, then there may have been a problem with your order and if you haven't heard from us already you should contact us.

You can always check your order status online by logging into your account.

We currently offer finance in store and online.

On some purchases we can even offer interest free finance.

We are confident that we are always competitively priced, however, on the odd occasion a competitor may offer a lower price on a product. If you find an item cheaper, click on the 'found it cheaper?' button on the product and fill in the details. We will then get back to you with a response.

All we ask is that the store or website offering the lower price is an authorised dealer for that brand and is based in the UK with the products being 'like for like'. We will also take into account any delivery charges.

If you purchase online, you have 14 days in which to return your items. This does not cover earphones and headphones, vocal microphones, opened software, opened cartridges or stylus and any item ordered or made specially for you.
