The AlphaTheta DDJ-FLX2 is a compact 2 channel DJ controller which has been designed to meet the needs of the beginner DJ. With multi-device and multi-software support, the DDJ-FLX2 replaces the popular Pioneer DJ DDJ-200 - adding greater flexibility.

Every major streaming platform that can be used to DJ is available to DDJ-FLX2 owners, from Apple Music (when using Algoriddim’s Djay app) through to Tidal, Soundcloud Go+/DJ, Beatport and Beatsource when using either Rekordbox or Serato DJ Lite. Simply choose your app, connect the controller and enter your credentials to get mixing. The FLX2 acts as a hardware unlock (no payment required) for rekordbox on Mac / Windows, rekordbox for iOS / Android, djay Pro for Mac / Windows, djay for iOS/Android and Serato DJ Lite (paid upgrade available to Serato DJ Pro).

The compact footprint of the DDJ-FLX2 makes it the perfect portable controller for DJs looking to play anywhere – connect your device via USB-C and your mobile phone or tablet can power the unit which also has a built-in audio interface. Simply plug in your headphones, and if required speakers, and take the party on the road.

For those starting out on their DJ journey, the Smart Fader and Smart CFX transitions will accelerate enjoyment of the artform, these offer similar functionality when used with rekordbox and Algoriddim Djay with Serato DJ Lite matching only the Smart CFX operation. Mixing between genres and tempos is simple and, when the time is right, the professional style performance pads enable beginners to take things up a level.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
