The Citronic Matrix Pro is a seriously impressive LED pixel panel designed to create bold, high-impact visuals for stages, venues, and large-scale installations. Powered by 500 high-output SMD5050 RGB LEDs, it delivers smooth colour washes, fast-moving effects, and detailed pixel-mapped animations that look every bit as good live as they do on paper.

For quick setup, the Matrix Pro features built-in automatic, static, and sound-activated programmes, all easily accessed via the rear digital control panel. When you need deeper control, it supports DMX and Art-Net operation, with 3, 5, 20 or 300-channel modes to suit everything from simple effects to full pixel-mapped designs.

Thanks to Art-Net compatibility, multiple Matrix Pro units can be linked and controlled as a single system, allowing you to build scalable colour walls and animated backdrops using standard network cabling. The panel integrates seamlessly with industry-standard lighting software and consoles, making it ideal for touring, fixed installs, and expanding systems over time.

Designed for professional use, the Matrix Pro features intelligent fan control and thermal protection to ensure reliable performance during extended operation. Twist-and-lock power connections reinforce its road-ready build, while integrated connectors on all four sides allow units to be quickly linked together horizontally or vertically. Supplied mounting hardware enables flexible rigging in any orientation, making it easy to create striking visual layouts for live shows and events.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

Warranty

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
