Course Content

Most DJs' end goal is to play in bars, clubs, or festival stages. The one thing all these places have in common is Pioneer DJ Equipment. Nearly all clubs and venues will have a set of CDJs, and knowing your way around them is essential to becoming a confident club DJ.

If you're used to playing with a controller in your bedroom, moving on to a set of CDJs and a mixer can feel daunting. The buttons are in different places, they connect differently, and you may want to choose between using USB sticks or a laptop to DJ. All these things bring challenges; however, inside this course, Crossfader will arm you with the tools and techniques for levelling up to a pro DJ setup and playing quickly.

This course is for any DJ who wants to feel confident using a CDJ setup. Perfect for those DJs making their first steps into the booth and starting their career or for seasoned DJs who feel they don’t know the club equipment inside out yet.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

Warranty

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
