The NU-X B-3RC is a self-contained re-chargeable wireless system operating on the license-free 2.4GHz band. The XLR plug-in transmitter and receiver are supplied with the NDM-4 dynamic microphone, providing a complete wireless microphone set that can also be used with any other XLR dynamic microphone of choice. Simply plug the transmitter onto the microphone and plug the receiver into an input channel or DSLR camera aux input and switch both units on. The B-3RC system can also be used without the microphone for wireless transmission of a mixer output to an active speaker. Auto-pairing detects the most stable frequency within the selected channel and connects both units on that carrier. There are 6 channels to choose from, each with multiple frequencies to hop between and a digitally encoded signal for the best possible signal integrity. When not in use, the transmitter and receiver are stored in a custom charge case, which has an internal power bank to re-charge both units and can itself be powered or charged from a USB-C connection with battery status indicators. Operating on the 2.4GHz band means that B-3RC can be used alongside conventional VHF and UHF wireless systems.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
