The Pioneer DJ DM-50D speakers give you an easy-to-use 5-inch monitor system ideal for DJing and production. They produce high quality, powerful sound and, with it's 2 option sound mode, you can choose between DJ or Production mode settings - making the DM-50D perfect for both uses.

The DM-50D makes significant improvements on the best-selling DM-40 thanks to its advanced design with refined components, including the Class D amplifier.

The DM-50D speakers are an excellent choice for DJs who want to practice mixing at home, playing small parties or via livestreams, but are also great for making music with.

Main features of the Pioneer DJ DM-50D Active DJ Monitors include:

  • Advanced design for high-quality sound
  • New Class D amplifier with 96 kHz sampling DSP, updated DECO convex diffusers
  • New 5-inch woofer that’s perfectly aligned with the tweeter
  • Pure, balanced bass sound, crystal# clear high frequencies
  • 2-way sound mode: Switch between DJ mode or Production mode
  • Multiple inputs for connecting all kinds of DJ and production gear (TRS, RCA, and mini jack input terminals)
  • Headphones socket and level knob are easily found on the front panel, so no need to reach around the back
  • Smart design with a slick professional look, available in black or white
  • 2-way sound mode – optimized for DJing and music production
There’s no need to decide whether you want a set of monitors that are best for DJing or making music, because the DM-50D speakers are perfect for both. Just flip the switch to choose either DJ mode or Production mode and the DSP settings will be optimised for the task, leaving you free to concentrate on your mix.

In DJ mode, the EQ adjustments (a 6dB boost at 70Hz and another 2dB boost at 8kHz combined with attenuation of the midrange) help to pump up the low end while adding top end sparkle. This produces a club sound that clubbers and DJs the world over can instantly connect with. Selecting the production mode removes all EQ tweaks and delivers a flat response perfect for project studio use.

Easy to use with different DJ or production equipment
With RCA, mini jack, and the newly added TRS input terminals, you can connect different kinds of gear such as DJ controllers and mixers, or the laptop or soundcard you use. Connecting your headphones is simple via the socket on the front panel and the level knob is right in front of you too.
