The Q-Audio QWM 1960 HH is a professional UHF handheld wireless microphone system designed to deliver clear, reliable sound for any event. Built with true diversity technology, it ensures stable reception and reduces the risk of dropouts or interference, even in demanding environments.

The durable handheld transmitter features a high-quality cardioid capsule for accurate vocal pickup while minimising background noise. Its integrated LCD display provides real-time information on battery status, frequency, and channel settings, making it easy to monitor during use. With simple IR sync, pairing the transmitter to the receiver is quick and hassle-free.

Powered by two AA batteries, the microphone offers extended operating time, ideal for long performances, conferences, and live presentations. The system covers the UHF frequency ranges approved for UK use, providing flexibility whether you are using it licence-free on Channel 70 or with a licence on Channel 38 for larger setups.

In stock orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Returns.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
