The Reloop RP-2000 USB MK2 is a solid quartz-driven direct drive turntable standing up to professional expectations unparalleled at this price point, making it ideal for use at home in a hifi system or for bedroom DJs.

As opposed to belt-driven decks, the direct-drive motor of the RP-2000 USB transfers the engine power (torque) directly to the platter, maintaining a truer speed and quicker start/stop times. This combines with the heavy-weight chassis and robust tone arm section, that are unparalleled at this price, to create an appealing, easy to set-up turntable package. Set up is fast, as installing a driver isn't necessary when connecting to your recording software. There's no need for grounding the RP-2000 with the integrated equalizing pre amp line / phono connection. The high powered direct drive motor gives you perfect speed when recording and launching vinyl making this USB Turntable simple to set up and unparalled in its price range.

With it's built in phono stage the RP-2000 USB MK2 is ready to plug straight into your amplifier or powered speakers and the USB port on the back of the turntable allows you to record your vinyl straight to your computer or laptop!

The package is completed by the inclusion of the Reloop OM Black cartridge (made by Ortofon), mounted onto a high-quality headshell; so you have everything you need to be playing out of the box.

    All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

    DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

    Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

    Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

    Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

    Warranty

    • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
      manufacturer warranty.
    • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
      considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
      charge.
    • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
    • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
      customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
    • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
