UDG have further fined-tuned already a great design concept of our flight case into one specially for the most discerning DJ/producer. Constructed from solid 9mm thick plywood, the outside is laminated in a black finished honeycomb/hexagonal "Stage Grip" pattern. The inner sides are protected with high density diamond embossed EVA foam protective padding. This extremely robust padding protects the equipment against scratches, dust or other damages, creating a unique stylish & practical finish.

Extra wide black finished aluminium profile & massive UDG logo embossed ball corners are incorporated to ensures longevity & maintaining a permanently attractive, professional design. In addition, in the UDG Ultimate Flight Case 4 CDJ/ Mixer Black Plus (Trolley & Spinner Wheels) also features heavy-duty spring-loaded handles for a secured lift & load.

In stock orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day.

All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

Returns.

Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

  • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
    manufacturer warranty.
  • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
    considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
    charge.
  • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
  • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
    customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
  • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
