Our delivery partner, DPD, is able to guarantee Christmas delivery for in-stock orders placed before 4pm on December 22nd 2025. While orders placed before 4pm on December 23rd 2025 may be delivered before Christmas day, this is not guaranteed.

Extended returns, buy with confidence
We understand that choosing the right gift can be challenging, especially when you're trying to keep the surprise under wraps. To take some of the pressure off, we've extended our returns window for in-store and online orders. Goods purchased between November 16th 2025 and the close of business on December 24th (4pm) can be returned up until the end of the day on January 16th 2026.
Please note that our normal return conditions apply, we have only extended the returns period.
