Alongside new products and technology, 2025 reinforced something we’ve always believed: being part of the scene matters just as much as supplying it. Over the past year we’ve continued to work closely with our education partners at On The Rise to create space for DJs and producers to learn, connect and play - through bi-monthly weDJ free workshops, open Decks sessions including The Drop-In, and one-off moments like the free DJ Babu masterclass. Much of this activity has grown organically around our Central London store and NW2 space, which has given us room to host, listen and experiment in a way that wasn’t previously possible.

Beyond our own bricks and mortar locations, we’ve supported events and communities including Beatgeek, the Portablist Lounge battle, the UK DMC Finals, Centreforce FM and Flex FM, and contributed sound and technical support for projects such as Desire: The Carl Craig Story London premiere. We’ve also stayed present at events like The Run Out and, of course, brought the community together again at weDJ Expo in November.

Looking ahead to 2026, this isn’t something we see as a campaign or a checklist - it’s simply how we intend to operate. Expect more opportunities to get hands-on with gear, more chances to learn directly from artists, and more support for the grassroots spaces that keep the culture moving. We’ll keep showing up where it matters, and we’ll keep building things that are open, accessible and rooted in the real world.
If you’ve been to one of these sessions, events or activations - you already know what we’re about. And if you haven’t yet, 2026 will bring plenty more chances to get involved...
