Mackie CR5-X 5" active monitors are equally at home whether studio-recording, referencing, listening or gaming. They deliver excellent sound quality and are very easy to set up, along with flexible connectivity.

Whether studio-recording, referencing listening or gaming, the easy setup with studio-standard sound of the CR5-XBT with Bluetooth are an essential competent to the optimised listening experience.

Rear panel inputs include balanced ¼” TRS, 1/8” Stereo, and RCA. The new and improved CR5-XBT with Bluetooth carries its upgraded signature sound, a fresh new look with brushed metal front panel, plug-in and play setup, and professional audio components to ensure the absolute optimised sonic performance. Pro Tools First © and exclusive plugin collection included. Bluetooth streaming available to pair any enabled device to stream directly to these monitors. 80 watts of clean sound, 5” polypropylene-coated woofer, and specially designed waveguides provide unparalleled clarity at all listening levels.

    In stock orders placed before 4pm are dispatched same day.

    All items are sent with DPD. For added security, expensive items will require a pin code at delivery which is emailed to you.

    DPD aims to deliver next day, but some remote parts of the UK may experience a two day service.

    Returns.

    Should you wish to change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Simply drop us an email to info@westenddj.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

    Westend DJ recommend that you open any items received from us carefully, as any damage to the internal packaging or missing items may incur a discretionary re-stocking fee.

    Some goods are not eligible for return. This is because they are either consumables or due to hygiene reasons, these include: microphones, effect fluids, styli, crossfaders and line faders, headphones and replacement parts.

    Warranty

    • All products are backed up by a minimum 12 month
      manufacturer warranty.
    • Items that are faulty within thirty days of receipt are
      considered Dead on Arrival or Faulty out of Box. For these returns, we will arrange for the goods to be collected so that they can be returned free of
      charge.
    • Items that display a fault after the thirty-day period are covered under manufacturer’s warranty. During the first six months of ownership, we’ll collect any faulty items from you free of charge where convenient for you.
    • Outside of 6 months, the cost of return rests with the
      customer, if you’re struggling to ship a large item back to us, or if this is proving to be expensive please give us a call – we’ll arrange for DPD to collect the item for a fee.
    • Once warranty repairs are received back with us, we’ll perform a quick test to verify the issue to avoid no fault found fees. Next, we’ll arrange to send the faulty goods to the manufacturer to be repaired. This process normally takes around two to four weeks; however, we cannot provide a guaranteed timeframe.
